What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Coordinator position at Mainscape?
Mainscape has an opening for a Branch Coordinator who will perform a wide variety of administrative functions related to managing customer accounts and administration of office operations. This includes communication with customers, acknowledging and entering customer requests, creating and activating contracts, and various HR functions. The Branch Coordinator is also responsible for communication and coordination of work with all relevant departments to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft programs and is comfortable with learning new software applications and is friendly, works well with others, and has good communications skills.
· Responsibilities
- Answer the phone and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist the cell phone department by submitting new request and issues and by being the liaison between operational employees and cell phone manager.
- Work closely with other office employees in a cooperative manner.
- Learn to use Intacct, the company’s AP software, and assist managers with approving invoices. Work with AP to complete month end task.
- Send job estimates to customers and follow up with customers.
- Help with client reports and proposals.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and use new computer programs and the Internet with ease and comfort.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the landscape profession. Knowledge of all office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills required. Ideal candidate will be able to interact effectively with management team, sales associates, staff and customers.
- Must have at a minimum a high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the administrative field.
- Complete assignments on time and delivers a quality product.
- Interacts effectively with management, staff, associates, customers and the public.
- Achieves a high level of customer satisfaction with customers.
Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
