The day to day:
- Provide supports tailored to each individual’s needs and authorized for Mains’l to provide (this may include dressing, bathing, responding to behavioral situations, coaching through challenging moments, etc.)
- Support in transportation to various activities and attending medical appointments as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment
- Complete household responsibilities, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
- Teach valuable life skills
- Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
- Document care accurately to ensures ongoing support.
- Participate in ongoing training, medication reviews, and health assessments.
Location: St. Paul
Shifts: Part-Time
Wage: $17.00/hour
What You Need:
- A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A valid US driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check through DHS.
