The Day-to-Day:
- Support the individuals you work with to gain skills and knowledge through ongoing teaching, coaching, and role modeling.
- Collaborate with the people you support, your co-workers, and your supervisor to problem-solve and create a positive culture.
- Provide assistance or support with activities of daily living in their home or community, based on the needs and preferences of the individual supported (may include transportation, meal prep, and light housekeeping).
- Complete clear and accurate documentation.
- Help others reach their hopes and dreams.
- Having fun!
Shift(s): Varies on Location
Wage: $21.00 per hour
What You Need:
- A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A valid MN driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check through DHS.
- Paid (on-the-job) training.
