Pay & Schedule
Live- In Support (10pm-6am)
- Average monthly rent and meal reimbursement of $1,306/month
- Private lower-level living space included:
- Bedroom
- Bathroom
- Mini kitchen
- Family room
- This role includes overnight live-in support, with onsite presence required from 10:00pm-6:00am
- Daily support: 6am–8am
- Paid at $20.00/hour
- Every other weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 8am–10pm
- Paid at $20.00/hour

What You’ll Do:

You May:
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Support participation in community activities, sports, and appointments
- Help with transportation, errands, and shopping
- Offer companionship, encouragement, and supervision
- Provide person-centered support tailored to individual needs
- Assist with daily living activities, routines, and skill-building
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the support team

What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate with family members and caregivers
- Good sense of humor and willingness to learn
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance required
- Ability to pass a DHS background check
