- $21.50/hour
- Part-Time Schedules Available
- Schedules available:
- Wk 1: Wed-Sat 3-9pm, Wk 2: Sun-Tue 3-9pm
- Wk 1: Fri 2pm-10pm, Sat 3-10pm, Wk 2: Sun 7am-2pm, Mon 2pm-10pm
- Wk 1: Fri 7am-2pm, Sat 8am-3pm, Wk 2: Sun 8am-3pm, Mon 7am-2pm

What You’ll Do:
As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear.
You May:
- Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
- Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
- Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).
- Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
- Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
- Accurately document care and daily activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- 18 years or older
- A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check through DHS
- CNA License Preferred
