- $17.00 – $27.00/hour (based on level of support)
- Full-Time & Part-Time options available
- Flexible scheduling in some locations
- Locations: Brooklyn Park, Edina, Chaska

What You’ll Do
As a 1:1 DSP, you’ll support one individual in their daily life—at home and in the community. Your support is personalized, meaningful, and impactful.
You may:
- Provide person-centered support (ADLs, skill-building, behavioral supports)
- Support community involvement and social connections
- Assist with errands, shopping, and appointments
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home
- Support budgeting, organization, and daily routines
- Provide transportation to activities and appointments
- Offer guidance, problem-solving, and advocacy
- Document daily activities and care
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- At least 18 years old
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Reliable transportation with insurance
- Ability to pass a DHS background check
- Paid (on-the-job) training
