Overview:
We are seeking a talented Head Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and creativity in the kitchen, along with strong leadership skills. Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality meets the highest standards
- Participate in menu planning and recipe development
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food production to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Implement and maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Proficiency in food service management and shift management
- Familiarity with restaurant management and food production processes
- Understanding of culinary principles, including food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
