This role involves working closely with business users, technical teams, and project leadership to support system enhancements, issue resolution, and manufacturing process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules, including:
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Work in Process (WIP)
- Inventory
- Cost Management
- Engineering
- Gather and analyze business requirements from manufacturing and operations teams.
- Perform functional configuration and setups in Oracle EBS.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams on:
- Customizations
- Reports
- Interfaces and extensions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
- Create and maintain functional documentation and training materials.
- 7 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite Manufacturing.
- Strong functional knowledge of core manufacturing processes.
- Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 environments.
- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a consulting or SI environment.
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
- Experience with Oracle EBS integrations and data flows across Manufacturing, Financials, and Supply Chain.
- Exposure to discrete or process manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting upgrades, rollouts, or complex enhancements.
- Prior contract consulting experience.
- Oracle Manufacturing certification (nice to have).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
