What You’ll Do
As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a company-provided vehicle and deliver approximately 200–250 packages per day. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive their orders safely and on time—delivering smiles with every package.
Work 4–5 days per week
Up to 10-hour shifts per day

Basic Requirements
-Must be at least 21 years old
-Valid Florida Driver’s License required
-Ability to lift and move packages up to -50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
-Comfortable using basic smartphone technology
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-Willingness to work weekends

Responsibilities
- Safely operate various commercial vehicles, including box trucks and other delivery vans, following all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload goods using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary, ensuring items are handled with care
- Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and ensure on-time arrivals at multiple customer locations
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly, professionally, and courteously with clients during deliveries
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, manual lifting of heavy items, and organizing stock for smooth dispatching
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports to ensure compliance and safety standards are met
- Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to identify maintenance needs or safety issues
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong understanding of route driving and load management
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required
- Experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles with manual transmission is highly desirable
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly and perform physical tasks related to moving goods efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and documentation effectively
