The Opportunity
This is an entry level business development role built for someone who wants more than just a job.
You’ll spend 6-12 months learning about the business from the ground up working across operations and the warehouse, so you understand how to sell real solutions, not just services.
As you grow, you’ll take ownership of developing new business, managing relationships, and driving revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Promote our asset based LTL transportation solutions in the CLT market
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and support closing new businesses
- Partner with internal teams to develop tailored customer solutions and SOPs
- Help onboard new clients and maintain strong, long term relationships
- Contribute to a high energy, team-driven sales environment
Who You Are

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; less than 2 years’ experience
