Operations Program Manager

About the Position

MaineTouch is seeking a dependable and motivated Operations Program Manager to join our growing home care team. We are looking for qualified PSS, CNA, LPN, or RN professionals who are interested in taking on a leadership role that combines client care, staff supervision, and day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, supporting employees, and helping ensure individuals receive dependable, high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Visit individuals receiving services in their homes.
• Supervise and support direct care staff.
• Conduct scheduled client and supervisory visits.
• Assist with new client admissions and service starts.
• Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training.
• Help coordinate staffing and address coverage concerns.
• Monitor client services and follow up on concerns.
• Review documentation and identify missing or incomplete items.
• Communicate with clients, families, employees, and management.
• Assist with scheduling and daily operations.
• Help ensure staff follow service plans and company expectations.
• Assist with compliance and quality-assurance activities.
• Provide direct client support or shift coverage when needed.
• Report incidents, service concerns, and operational issues to leadership.
• Assist MaineTouch leadership with additional operational responsibilities as the organization grows.

The ideal candidate will have experience in home care, healthcare, direct support, or human services and be ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities.

Candidates should have:

• Leadership or supervisory experience, or an interest in developing these skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Strong professionalism and confidentiality.
• Basic technology and documentation skills.
• A dependable and flexible approach to supporting clients and employees.

Travel & Reimbursement

Regular travel to individuals' homes and MaineTouch service locations is an important part of this position. Some assignments may involve longer-distance travel or occasional overnight stays.

MaineTouch reimburses approved mileage/gas expenses and covers approved work-related travel expenses, including hotel accommodations when overnight travel is required.

Compensation & Growth

$24.00–$36.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, availability, credentials, and assigned responsibilities.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
