Mainestream Health Co. is an integrative, patient-centered clinic in Gray, Maine, built on a simple belief: healthcare should be a results based business. We’re a team of dedicated practitioners — a Gonstead chiropractor, a licensed acupuncturist, and a nurse practitioner — who got tired of watching patients fall through the cracks of conventional medicine. So we built something better. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to continue our current function medicine & general nurse practitioner services and help us expand into cutting-edge services including advanced hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and MORE! We aren’t just keeping up with the future of medicine — we’re actively building it, right here in Maine.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Base Salary: $75,000 (24 clinical hours/week). Salary is reevaluated after the first 6 months of employment.
- Quarterly Bonus: Performance-based and tied directly to revenue growth, with the opportunity to earn $5,000–$20,000 annually as your patient panel and programs develop
- Paid continuing education and certification support (IFM, A4M, and others)
- Hands-on mentorship from two invested owner-practitioners
- Early access to leading-edge modalities — including EBOO therapy coming soon
- A long-term home — we're looking for a partner in growth, not just a hire
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are more interested in the person than the resume. The ideal candidate:
- Holds or is eligible for an active Maine NP license (FNP or similar preferred)
- Has a genuine interest in functional medicine and root-cause care
- Is curious and motivated to keep learning — in a field that moves fast
- Aligns with a philosophy of resolving illness, not just managing it
- Thrives in a small, collaborative, entrepreneurial clinic environment
- Has interest or some exposure to hormone therapy, gut health, or metabolic optimization
