The Role
We’re looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service in our showroom and over the phone. You’ll help customers find the right solutions, maintain a welcoming environment, support showroom operations, and contribute to our culture of being Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage customers, creating a welcoming showroom experience.
- Listen to customer needs, recommend solutions, and upsell products where appropriate.
- Answer calls promptly and provide accurate, helpful information.
- Process payments accurately and operate the cash register.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
- Assist the Service team with parts requests and ensure messages are relayed promptly.
- Support the Sales Manager with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of customer service experience.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and team-oriented, with a passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Professional, positive mindset; patient and solution-focused with customers.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional extended hours.**

Monday through Friday schedule/9:30am-6:00pm
Salary : $21 - $23
