Key Responsibilities.
· Tub Preparation
· Prepare new and used tubs for delivery, ensuring they meet all quality standards and customer expectations.
· Perform thorough cleaning and inspection to ensure each tub is “customer ready.”
· Upgrade Expertise
· Complete upgrades and installations such as stereo systems, salt systems, voltage enhancements, and other add-ons.
· Inventory Management
· Maintain inventory and disperse parts in the Parts Room.
· Safely move and stage tub inventory using a fork truck.
· Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace.
Warehouse Responsibilities.
· Shuttle Driving: Transport goods between Mainely Tubs warehouses and showrooms.
· Order Picking: Pull supplies to support delivery crews and service technicians.
· Unloading Materials: Perform product put-aways and ensure accurate placement in the warehouse.
· Replenishments: Organize, stock, and put away materials upon receipt.
· Cycle Counting: Participate in routine inventory cycle counts.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications.
· Five years of experience in a similar technical, warehouse, or hands-on role.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
· Ability to multitask while staying detail-oriented and highly organized.
· Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
· Ability to consistently lift and move items over 50 lbs.
· Certified forklift operation preferred.
· Team Player Mindset: Dependable, collaborative, and able to work effectively with colleagues across departments.
Core Schedule: Monday thru Friday/7:00am -3:30pm (including 30 minute lunch)
Salary : $22 - $24
