Openings on this team are few and far between, and for good reason. This isn’t your average sales position—you’ll engage qualified leads in our showroom, deliver dynamic presentations, and guide customers toward purchases that genuinely enhance their lives. Your Key Responsibilities.

Inspire & Educate: Help customers find the perfect hot tub, swim spa, or sauna by sharing your expertise and listening to their needs.

Drive Sales: Proactively follow up on showroom, phone, email, and online leads to keep your pipeline full and moving.

Deliver Impactful Presentations: Turn showroom visits into “yes” moments with compelling demonstrations and closing techniques.

Meet & Exceed Goals: Consistently hit sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Leverage Technology: Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-up.

What We’re Looking For.

Proven Sales Record: At least 5 years of success selling luxury or big-ticket retail items.

Top-Notch Communication: Confident, clear, and engaging in person and over the phone.

Closer Mentality: Strong follow-up habits and a history of converting leads into loyal customers.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software for sales tracking and pipeline management.

Team Player: Our ideal candidate will be a friendly, team-oriented individual who is enthusiastic about health/wellness and embraces our culture of “Hungry, Humble and Smart.”

Flexible:  Able to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
