What you'll be doing:
- Talking with homeowners who have already shown interest in our services (no cold calling!)
- Helping customers understand their lawn care needs in a simple, friendly way
- Creating quotes and guiding customers through their options
- Following up and building relationships to earn their business
- Staying organized by keeping customer information up to date

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- An eager and proactive learner, excited to grow their skills and take on new challenges
- A genuine desire to help customers achieve their property goals
- Previous customer-facing or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using technology and keeping information organized (we'll train you on our systems)
- No lawn care experience needed - we'll teach you everything you need to know
