We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Residential Cleaner to join our team. This position focuses on cleaning residential homes and short-term luxury vacation rental properties throughout Wells/Kennebunk/Ogunquit and York area.
Position Overview
This role supports properties year-round, with peak season running from mid-June through August. During peak Season, Saturday availability is required. Work volume increases during peak months and may be lighter outside of peak season. Applicants must be reliable, flexible, and able to work efficiently
Job Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, including dusting surfaces, sanitize high-touched areas, vacuum carpets, and sweeping/mopping floors
- Complete turnover cleanings efficiently while following property-specific checklists and cleaning standards
- Make beds, change linens, launder towels/sheets, remove trash, and restock basic supplies in accordance with company standards and guidelines
- Report and properly document any lost and found items, securing guest belongings and following company procedures
- Conduct final property checks upon completion following company checklists, including ensuring heat/AC are set to required temperatures, lights are turned off, and all windows and doors are closed and locked
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, safety concerns, or irregularities promptly
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently or in teams and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary
