What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Experience Specialist I position at Maine State Credit Union?
Receives members in primarily in person and when applicable through online technology, and/or by telephone; determines the nature of the member's business and either transacts the member's request or refers the member to the appropriate staff member.
Qualifications:The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, team oriented, positive thinker with a desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You should have a minimum of six months related experience (e.g., customer service, accuracy in cash handling, etc.). Also required are strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, solid work ethic, reliable attendance and an ability to be detail oriented. A high school diploma or GED is required.
