Duties/Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on position with a variety of tasks and the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a crew. Immediate need!
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lift, carry, and move heavy construction materials.
- Perform general labor tasks on construction and job sites.
- Assist with concrete work, including site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools such as jackhammers, shovels, hammers, and rakes.
- Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and material handling.
- Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements.
- Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
- Lift panels weighing up to 90 lbs.
- Ability to reach overhead and work in confined spaces when needed.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual labor throughout the workday.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow directions and work safely.
- Construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary : $41,267 - $55,777
