Assistant Manager
We are looking for a retail assistant manager to assist in the overall store management. The candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in employee recruitment, or retail management. Assistant manager responsibilities may include supervising employees, ordering, cashiering, inventory control and loss prevention, and day to day store operations. Must have reliable transportation and be available to work nights and weekends. We are an employee owned company, You will earn employee stock over time. Benefit package. MUST BE 21 TO APPLY.
