Brunswick’s BEST After School Program & Summer Camp is growing, and we’re looking for awesome people to join our coaching team!
Our best coaches know how to bring the PARTY, provide the DISCIPLINE, and make it FUN — while helping kids feel supported, successful, and excited to be here.
We provide paid training, a curriculum, and the tools you need to succeed. You bring the energy, organization, leadership, and ability to connect with kids!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build genuine connections with kids
- Lead groups and confidently manage behavior
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and FUN every day
- Follow our curriculum and daily program schedule
- Lead games, activities, sports, arts & crafts, and special events
- Stay organized and help keep the program running smoothly
- Encourage kids and help them build confidence
- Create a safe, supportive, and positive environment
- Work as part of a team to give our kids an AMAZING afternoon
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You genuinely love working with kids and know how to connect with them
- You can balance party, discipline, and fun while confidently managing a group
- You’re organized and can follow a curriculum and daily schedule
- You’re positive, supportive, dependable, and ready to be part of a team
- Experience working with children is a plus, but not required
- A valid driver’s license and ability to transport children is strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background screenings

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
