What You’ll Do
Your primary responsibilities focus on:
High quality and high-volume customer service - assisting our members over the phone and in person at various stages of their membership.
Receive and review paperwork to ensure thorough and accurate completion
Process changes
Retrieving account information for members and explaining the information to them

Required Minimum Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent plus
- 1 to 2 years of demonstrated successful customer service experience by phone and/or in person
- Notary Public or ability and willingness to obtain Notary Public capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or 4 years of responsible, self-directed work experience in an office environment with customer service focus with call center experience preferred.

Salary: Begins at $43,659 if annualized.
