🔥 What You’ll Do
As a key part of our store team, you will:
- Put Safety First—Always
- Deliver exceptional customer service with strong product knowledge
- Troubleshoot technical questions from customers and team members
- Support all aspects of store operations
- Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Step in to lead the store when the Store Manager is absent
- Build relationships as the primary in-store contact for key customers
- Assist with pricing, quotes, and occasional negotiations
- Support both inside and outside sales teams
- Assemble equipment, stock shelves, and create engaging displays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Jump in where needed—no two days are the same!
🎯 What You Bring
- Experience in welding, industrial gases, or related applications (preferred)
- Retail or inside sales experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with industry products is a plus
- Comfort using handheld systems (Zebra or similar)
🎓 Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
💪 Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the day
- Frequent use of hands and arms; occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to lift 25–75 lbs occasionally
- Strong visual awareness (close, distance, and depth perception)
