Description

We’re seeking a versatile and motivated Sales & Pricing Associate to join our in-office team full-time. This role blends customer-facing sales responsibilities with strategic corporate account management and pricing coordination.

What You’ll Do

Inbound Phone Sales

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with product questions, order placement, and general inquiries
• Convert leads into sales by providing a great customer experience and recommending the right solutions
• Navigate our order system to enter and manage transactions efficiently and accurately
  
  

Corporate & B2B Sales

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, handling custom orders, bulk inquiries, and ongoing account needs
• Collaborate with fulfillment and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of large and recurring orders
• Respond to new business inquiries and help drive growth in our B2B sales channel
  
  

Physical Demands

• Able to sit and/or stand for the duration of the shift
• Able to use a keyboard, headset, and computer monitor for the duration of the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to type 30 words per minute
