Title: KVCC Director of Facilities and Operations
Bargaining Unit/Salary Level: MEA Administrator - Position is currently pending classification.
Responsibilities: Responsible for the planning and oversight of all aspects of capital project development and implementation that coordinates with the College’s strategic plan, including compliance with all relevant facility procedures, permits, inspections and reports for both the Fairfield Campus and the Alfond Campus. Additionally, the Director assures all safety measures, procedures and protocols are implemented and followed to provide a safe environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Applicant should possess knowledge and skill in project management.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in the field of Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications: 3 to 5 years’ experience working in an institution of higher education or facilities management.
