CLASSES BEGIN FALL 2026
Description of Courses: The Business department is looking for adjunct faculty to teach a variety of courses in the upcoming academic year.
- Introduction to Business (BUSN 100)
- Microeconomics (ECON 120)
Daytime or evening sections are available. While there may be future opportunities to teach online or on the South Portland Campus, our immediate needs are on-campus courses at SMCC’s Midcoast Campus in Brunswick.
Requirements:
- MBA or Master’s in related field
Preferred:
- Teaching experience in a higher education setting
- Experience with learning management systems; SMCC uses Brightspace as its learning management system.
- Industry Experience
