About Us
Maine Center for Dental Medicine is a busy, holistic dental practice located in Skowhegan. We are looking to expand our team so we can continue to offer all of our patients the highest quality care. At our practice, we focus on the mind-body connection and how oral health affects the whole body. We provide general dentistry procedures with an integrative approach that follows our biologic dentistry philosophy.
Experience is preferred, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Learn how to set up each hygienist’s room and exam operatories
- Properly sterilize dental instruments and operatories
- Maintain sterilization logs
- Keep all hygiene supplies and trays fully stocked
- Communicate effectively with staff and patients
- Follow infection control procedures
- Help maintain OSHA logs
- Follow HIPAA guidelines
- Assist hygienists in recording periodontal charting
- Assist with taking intraoral images
- Perform necessary weekly/monthly maintenance for hygiene equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
