Construction Laborer / Skilled Trades Technician

Maine Cedar Hot Tubs is a family-owned company that builds handcrafted cedar hot tubs and custom accessories for customers throughout North America. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hardworking, dependable individual who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in building quality products.
If you've worked in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, landscaping, or another skilled trade, we'd love to talk with you.
Welding experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Build cedar steps, enclosures, and other custom accessories
- Assist with light metal fabrication and welding
- Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood components
- Operate power tools and shop equipment
- Load, move, and organize materials throughout the shop
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work with a small team to build products that meet our high-quality standards
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or another hands-on trade
- Is mechanically inclined and enjoys building things
- Has basic welding experience or is eager to learn
- Can safely operate power tools
- Shows up on time and has a strong work ethic
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in quality workmanship
- Works well independently and with others
- Can lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the workday
