MATS is seeking a professional, tech-savvy MALE Screening Test Technician to join our Maine-based team. Due to the requirement of directly observed urine specimen collection, this position is specifically for male candidates to ensure donor privacy and compliance.
The Core Mission
You will balance high-level technical documentation with assertive, professional oversight. Key responsibilities include:
- Observed Collections: Managing directly observed urine collections with total discretion and integrity.
- Stakeholder Outreach & Rapport Building: Establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with caseworkers, supervisors, and clients (specimen donors). This includes proactive outbound communication via email, text, and phone calls to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth compliance operations.
- Digital Accuracy & Reporting: Utilizing the MATS proprietary app, OneDrive, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word for precise documentation, reporting, and inventory management.
- Mobile Operations: Traveling 1–2 days per week to regional sites in a company vehicle alongside a female partner.
