Medical Director - Up to 16 hours per week, Administrative duties only (50% remote, 50% on site. Tuesdays and Wednesdays preferred, can be flexible)
Compensation
Employee Rate: $290,305k - $322,561k annually (Includes malpractice insurance)
Contractor-1099: $250 - $273 per hour (must have or provide your own malpractice insurance)
What You Will Do to Change Lives
As a medical director you will work collaboratively with the team to deliver on the following areas;
- Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives.
- Medical Oversight: Supervise and support clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Operational Management: Collaborate with leaders to improve operational efficiency and implement new policies.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and spearhead quality improvement initiatives.
- Provider Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and engagement.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve organizational goals and optimize outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- A minimum of 2 years medical leadership experience
- A minimum of 2 years clinical experience in the treatment of adults with serious mental illness, including those with comorbid medical and/or substance use disorders
- A medical degree from a medical school accredited by the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association and successful completion of residency training program in psychiatry
- An active California Medical License, in good standing
- An active California DEA license
