What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Crew Member position at Main Street Pub?
Main St Properties is currently looking to fill a part time position for Lawn Maintenance
This person is responsible for maintaining the grounds, parking lots and other buildings both on and off site.
Responsibilities:
- Meticulous upkeep of grounds, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and various residential properties
- Performs grounds keeping and janitorial duties.
- Removes trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
- Lawn care for various apartment buildings, houses and commercial properties including but not limited to: mowing, trimming and blowing, leaf clean up and snow removal
- Spreads salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup.
- Shovel sidewalks and plow parking lots
Experience:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or lawn care is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in grounds maintenance
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
