Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to recipes and company standards.
- Stretch dough, apply toppings, and operate pizza ovens safely.
- Prep ingredients, sauces, and toppings for daily service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are low.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely and accurate orders.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
