Main Street Physical Therapy is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Kensington team.
Our Kensington clinic is a beautiful, modern outpatient facility with a strong patient base, talented clinicians, and an established reputation for high-quality care.
Even better — we're expanding. As our presence continues to grow in Kensington and throughout the Maryland market, we're looking for great clinicians who want to grow with us.

What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional, patient-first care alongside our Physical Therapists
- Treat a primarily orthopedic outpatient population
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and quality of life
- Collaborate with an experienced and supportive clinical team
- Contribute to an outstanding patient experience
- Be an active part of the clinic's culture and continued growth
Who We're Looking For

- Current Maryland PTA license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but the right person and attitude matter just as much to us.
