Main Street Office Furniture is seeking dedicated, reliable Installers to join our growing team.
This hands-on role is perfect for individuals who enjoy physical work, learning new skills, and contributing to high-quality office furniture installation projects. As an Installer, you will work closely with Lead Installers to complete professional installations across a variety of office furniture brands and systems. You’ll help ensure customer satisfaction, maintain MSOF’s quality standards, and represent the company with professionalism on every job site.
What You’ll Do
Project Work & Installation
- Read and understand office furniture plans, blueprints, and job details.
- Load and unload product and equipment, verifying product lists for accuracy.
- Assist Leads with completing installations efficiently and to MSOF quality standards (clean, level, functional, detail-oriented).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the project.
- Help document and report damaged products per Lead direction.
Team Collaboration
- Arrive on time daily to the warehouse or job site.
- Follow instructions from the Lead Installer and stay on task throughout each project.
- Communicate complications, questions, or issues promptly to the Lead.
- Uphold professional behavior and teamwork with coworkers on all job sites.
Customer Interaction & Representation
- Present yourself with clean hygiene and a professional appearance.
- Communicate respectfully with customers while representing MSOF in the field.
- Support the Lead in ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Driving & Reporting
- Empty trucks daily (garbage, product, equipment) and coordinate proper storage with the Lead and Warehouse team.
- Complete Driver’s Vehicle Inspection Reports when operating company vehicles.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in office furniture installation is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
- Ability to read basic blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and task-focused
- Ability to lift and maneuver furniture and equipment safely
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
