Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ skill levels in vocal and piano performance.
- Conduct individual classes focusing on technique, musicality, sight-reading, improvisation, and performance skills.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive, respectful environment conducive to creative growth.Prepare students for recitals and performances by guiding practice routines and stage presence.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children and youth programs teaching music.
- Strong background in teaching vocal training and piano instruction.
- Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.
- Ability to foster a supportive environment for students with special needs or in special education settings is a plus
