Main Street Medical is seeking a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Certified South Carolina Radiologic Technologist to join our busy urgent care and primary care practice on Hilton Head Island.
We are looking for a dependable healthcare professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment, takes pride in providing excellent patient care, and is willing to assist with a variety of clinical responsibilities.
Flexible scheduling is available for the right candidate! We are looking to hire and begin training immediately.
Position Details
- Employment: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
- Location: Hilton Head Island, SC
- Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 8:30 AM–2:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling based on availability and practice needs

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-rays in accordance with established protocols and radiation safety standards.
- Triage patients and obtain vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, height, weight, and pulse oximetry.
- Document chief complaints, medical and social histories, medications, and vital signs in the eClinicalWorks EMR system.
- Perform EKGs, draw blood, and administer injections.
- Assist providers with patient care and daily clinical operations.
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and patient-focused clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina radiologic technologist certification required.
- Previous radiology experience required.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and injections.
- Computer proficiency required; eClinicalWorks experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a team.
