About Us

Main Street Hospitality and its North Adams properties,The Porches Inn at MASS MoCA, and Hotel Downstreet are looking for a fun, engaging, and camera-savvy creator to capture authentic stories through photos and videos. This role is all about documenting the experiences that make the hotels and the surrounding area irresistible to guests.

Role Overview

As a Content Creator & Brand Ambassador, you’ll focus on capturing striking photography and video that showcase the properties and local experiences. This role is entirely content-focused — you won’t manage social media accounts — but your work will power the brand’s visual storytelling and help audiences connect with the hotels in a meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture authentic, high-quality photos and videos on-site (UGC-style, Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
• Showcase our hotels, amenities, and surrounding experiences naturally and on-brand.
• Bring personality and charisma on camera when needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the right moments and experiences are captured.
• Stay aware of visual storytelling trends to inspire content creation.
• Be present for special events, experiences, and seasonal highlights to capture dynamic moments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in capturing content (Static Images, UGC, Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.) with a portfolio showcasing past work
• Strong on-camera presence, confidence, and charisma.
• Skilled in photography and videography with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexible and available to capture moments during weekends, evenings, and special events as needed.
• Passionate about storytelling, branding, and showing guests the experience through visuals.

Benefits

• Part-Time – approximately 35 hours/month
• Rate negotiable based on experience
