Parts / Billing Specialist
Job Description:
The Parts /Billing Specialist is responsible for the ordering and receiving of all vehicle parts within the MAIN STREET COLLISION CENTER, INC. warehouse. This position will be responsible for keeping inventory levels up to date and accurate, ensuring that parts are received in good condition and at the correct price, create invoices for completed repairs, process payments received by customers and insurance companies, process payroll, answer phones, and greet customers.
Essential Job Functions:
·Perform all duties under minimal supervision, including but not limited to, verifying that parts are received in good condition and at the correct price.
·Receive, process, and store parts in compliance with company policies and procedures.
·Ensure that all parts are received in a timely manner.
·Provide customer service by responding to inquiries regarding parts requests and questions about their repairs.
·Respond to service calls in a timely manner.
·Maintain records of all service calls, service repairs, and parts received accurately.
·Keep track of all paperwork relating to a vehicle’s repair or replacement, including but not limited to estimate forms, correspondence with customers, warranty forms, etc.
·Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
·High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
·Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Quickbooks experience is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
