Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Retail Thrift Manager located in Willow Street, PA. The Assistant Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations, support the management team, volunteers and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining inventory, and assisting in daily tasks given by General Manager. The role also involves contributing to a positive team environment and driving the store’s overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for effectively interacting with team members and customers
- Proven ability to work in a Thrift Shop Environment
- Experience in Team Management and fostering a positive work environment
- Thrift/ Re-Uzit experience and the ability to work in thrift environment is needed.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and flexible to support store operational needs
- Previous retail experience in a supervisory role is preferred and Thrift Store experience is helpful
- High school diploma or equivalent; drivers license and open availability during business hours.
