Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Manage patient intake forms, records, and electronic health record (EHR) data entry
- Verify insurance information and process co-pays and billing transactions
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate with chiropractic staff throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reminders, and outstanding balances
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or medical office role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Proficiency in scheduling software, EHR systems, or willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Basic knowledge of insurance verification and billing is a plus
