What You'll Do
Customer Experience Champion
- Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude
- Listen to their concerns and clearly communicate service needs
- Build trust and long-term relationships through honest, transparent communication
- Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently
- Translate customer concerns into actionable repair orders
- Recommend services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle history
- Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor
- Clearly explain costs and get customer approval before work begins
- Create and manage repair orders
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service
- Keep customers informed throughout the process
- Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction
- Address concerns with professionalism and care
- Go the extra mile to exceed expectations
- 3â??5 years of experience as a Service Advisor (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and repairs
- Proficiency with service software and computer systems
- A customer-first mindset and a team-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent (automotive certifications a plus)
