Job Duties
- Effectively troubleshoot, diagnose and repair malfunctioning gas furnaces, gas boilers, AC systems, split systems, heat pumps
- Replace existing HVAC equipment, boilers, split systems, heat pumps and water heaters
- Perform annual maintenance tune ups
- Exceed customer expectations and resolve any concerns promptly
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products that would be in the best interest of the customer
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service calls and work performed
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
- Participate actively in all training and on-going education
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
- Boiler experience a plus
- Ability to read troubleshooting guides
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to communicate effectively and be professional with customers
