Position: Home Inspector Instructor
Location: New York State (In-person and/or online instruction)
Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative instruction to aspiring home inspectors.
- Teach New York State-required courses and certification materials, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Provide practical, real-world examples to help students understand inspection processes.

Requirements:
- Valid New York State Home Inspector License.
