Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 years previous restaurant/bar experience
- Excellent communication & customer service
- Must be able to stand 8-10 hours
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Responsibilities & Duties
- Get’s the restaurant set for service by answering any incoming phone calls, takes togo orders, takes and confirms reservations, etc
- Keeps a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Understands they’re an essential part of the guest experience as the first and last impression
- During service is responsible for: organizing and accommodating reservations, monitoring table times, collecting and cleaning menus, greeting and escorting customers to the bar or their table
- Moves efficiently with strong ability to multitask and communicate with guests under pressure
- Alert to and anticipates guest needs
- Works with teamwork always in mind
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager
