What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback/Busser position at Main St. Cafe & One13North Kitchen & Bar?
We are looking for a Busser to join our team and facilitate organization and cleanliness in our dining room. Busser responsibilities include setting tables and removing used dishes and utensils. If you’d like to gain experience in the restaurant industry and learn how to provide an excellent dining experience, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Clean and reset dining room and patio tables
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils
- Organize and clean linen storage shed
- Stock and maintain cleaning products and linens in side stations
- Inform restaurant manager when items are running low and need to be reordered
Skills
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends. Must be at least 18 years old.
- Multi-tasking abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 36 per week
