Guest Relations Associate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Greet guests as they enter the building and ensure they feel welcomed and have a positive experience

· Process all guest inquiries and sales by maintaining knowledge of current programs, services, and fees

· Provide administrative support to include filing, data entry, and mailing. Ensure confidentiality of all data.

· Handle and resolve guest’s complaints and disputes by obtaining and evaluating all relevant data

· Provide security to ensure the Kroc Center and Railton Place are safe and secure by ensuring authorized entry by checking in and out all guests

· Review security monitors and report any suspicious or inappropriate activity to management

· Assist with emergencies and crisis situations including but not limited to fire alarms, flooding, and medical emergencies

· Maintain cleanliness of facility and conduct all mandatory safety checks

· Ensure that events, programs, and activities begin and end on time, providing support as needed

· Responsible for all opening and closing duties

· Assist Kroc Center, Railton Place, and Property team with accurate and detailed work order and incident reports.

· Accept mail and packages for Kroc Center staff and Railton Place residents.

· Perform other duties as assigned

· Other related duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Excellent customer service skills

· Computer literate with proficient typing skills 

· Able to perform job functions with a proactive mindset, good organization, attention to detail, fine judgment,

· Bilingual in Spanish, Arabic, Cantonese/Mandarin, or Vietnamese (preferred)

· Experience with a Point of Sales (POS) system and membership recruitment (preferred)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (usually file boxes)

· Modern Office Equipment and Relevant Software
