STATUS: Seasonal/ Temporary/ Full-time (40 hrs/wk)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft software
- Ability to learn quickly
- Be able to work with the public in a professional, compassionate manner
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid AZ Driver’s License
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with phone calls and field calls for assistance requests, supply information of times and required documents, schedule appointments as needed
- Data entry for Seasonal Programs (Angel Tree, TSAAM)
- Assist with setup of Christmas programs
- Assist as needed with drop off and/or pick up of toys
- Assist with Angel Tree Program site management, monitoring tags given and collected
- Assist with scheduling of volunteers
- Assist with Christmas distributions
- Assist in the preparation of a Christmas brief
- Assist with after-seasonal clean-up & storage
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
