Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, & troubleshoot errors. To ensure success as a Salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms (Classic, Lightning), application development skills, & the ability to solve complex software problems.Serve as technical lead on projects regarding Salesforce application development.Maintain the security & integrity of the Salesforce platform.Research Salesforce release notes & prepare environment for upcoming releases.Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform.Create timelines & estimates for project work.Troubleshoot & fix bugs.Test applications prior to User Acceptance Testing & ensure requirements are met.Meet with internal & external stakeholders to understand requirements.Produce project estimates & communicate regularly with project managers to update progress.Proactively & independently determine tasks for projects without guidance from manager or project manager.Design & architect applications to meet business needs & work with Business Analysts to present solutions to stakeholders.Monitor system performance & development mitigation solutions to address performance inefficiencies.
