We are looking for a positive and motivated team player with an excellent work ethic. The Cashier is responsible for providing customers with friendly and efficient service, performing basic mathematical functions and keeping the register area organized and clean.
Responsibilities:
- Deal with difficult customers.
- Calculate cash handling and count procedures.
- Adhere to cashiering policies and procedures.
- Analyze inventory levels and recommend proper resupply amounts.
- Maintain cash drawer balances.
- Assist customers with questions about products and services.
- Advise customer on appropriate product selection.
- Do basic data entry in a computerized inventory system.
- Prepare reports for management with regard to inventory, product sales, customer purchases, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
