As a Sonographer, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using advanced imaging technology while providing compassionate care to patients. You will prepare patients for exams, operate ultrasound equipment, and ensure high-quality images to support accurate diagnosis.
Key Position Details
Position: Sonographer
Schedule: Part-Time Days | 20 hours per week
Experience
- Three years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist preferred
Education
- Graduate of a JRCERT-approved program or equivalent experience in a specialized vascular diagnostic lab
Licensure / Certification
- ARDMS-RVT certification required within 1 year of hire
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams using appropriate imaging protocols
- Prepare and position patients for procedures while ensuring comfort and safety
- Operate ultrasound equipment and evaluate images for technical quality
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support accurate diagnosis
- Travel to other Main Line Radiology locations as needed
